I have too many hobbies that I do to relax.
I write.
I play guitar.
I have started sculpting again.
I play with my kids.
I play with my wife. [img]redface.gif[/img]
We have a jacuzzi, and that works pretty good for relaxng.
At night I run two miles, do atleast 50 sit-ups, do atleast 100 jumping jacks, then I walk around for a cool down. Then I go to bed. You want to talk about relaxing and a SOLID night of sleep? Been doing this for about a year now, and I have slept better in the past year than I have at any other point in my life.
